  1. That's about 0.1% a week. I thought it would be worse. My WH4L site http://www.squirrelnet.com/ seems to be working fine. I'm doing the manual migration and things seem to check out. Might it be that more complex sites are the ones that are having problem migrating?

  2. I have 6 accounts that use Windows, .Net and Ajax and none of them are working. I have a few clients using the same along with a couple classic ASP and they don't either. If its linux and php, it works fine. Their windows and .net platforms suck.

I'm in the middle of trying to get a refund, it has been difficult.

  3. They lost all 6 of mine yesterday.

  4. I'm leaving now too. They switched from websites to virtual directories, which spells trouble for .NET MVC websites. Plus, it affects stability because all of your sites are technically working under one main website. Stupid, stupid decision that reflects their lack of knowledge.

I'm trying to get out of paying the $35 cancellation fee. Silly to pay them $35 for me having to migrate 5 websites and 15-20 email accounts and POP/SMTP settings on 3 mail clients.

  5. I have lost 4 clients since the migration. I have had problems since the beginning but just ignored the warning signs. I advise anyone reading this post to RUN and find another hosting provider. Even for the most basic website they (will) eventually mess something up. And then you have to deal the a-hole end of the company - help desk.

  6. leaving them right away. they "migrated" my site but forgot to bring over some important elements of the database like THE TABLES and THE STORED PROCEDURES!!! and of course, the old server where the databse resides has been taken offline permanently. What a terrible, terrible company lawsuit anyone?
